哥斯大黎加電信監管局（Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones, SUTEL）先前曾就「於 5925–7125 MHz 頻率範圍內運作，並由自動頻率協調（Automated Frequency Coordination, AFC）系統控制之標準功率（Standard Power, SP）設備核准申請程序」進行公開諮詢。
SUTEL 於 2026 年 6 月發布以下決議：
- RCS-137-2026：AFC 資料庫專業管理者之認可程序（Procedure for the Accreditation of Expert Administrators of AFC Databases）
RCS-138-2026：於 **5925–7125 MHz 頻率範圍（6 GHz 頻段）**內運作，並由 AFC 系統控制之 SP 設備核准申請程序（Application Procedure for Approval of SP Devices Controlled by AFC Systems Operating in the 5925-7125 MHz Frequency Range）
