哥斯大黎加电信监管局（Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones, SUTEL）先前曾就「于 5925–7125 MHz 频率范围内运作，并由自动频率协调（Automated Frequency Coordination, AFC）系统控制之标准功率（Standard Power, SP）设备核准申请程序」进行公开咨询。
SUTEL 于 2026 年 6 月发布以下决议：
• RCS-137-2026：AFC 资料库专业管理者之认可程序（Procedure for the Accreditation of Expert Administrators of AFC Databases）
• RCS-138-2026：于 **5925–7125 MHz 频率范围（6 GHz 频段）**内运作，并由 AFC 系统控制之 SP 设备核准申请程序（Application Procedure for Approval of SP Devices Controlled by AFC Systems Operating in the 5925-7125 MHz Frequency Range）
