On August 28th, 2026 the National Communications Entity (ENACOM) published Resolution No. 843/2026 to postpone the implementation of their new Homologation Framework, due to internal technical and operational implementation delays.
Originally scheduled to take effect on September 1, 2026 (based on Resolution 57/2026), the new effective date has been pushed back to December 1, 2026.
Until that date, the current ENACOM approval process still remains in force as it is, with a validity of 3 years, after which they must be updated to comply with the new RAMATEL framework.
