Recently, Israel’s Ministry of Communications (MoC) issued a notice on its official website stating that, due to high system workloads and temporary staffing shortages, the processing of various applications is currently delayed. As a result, certification review and response times are expected to be longer than usual for a period of time.
The MoC stated that it is actively working to expedite the processing of all applications. However, no specific timetable has yet been announced for a return to normal review timelines.
Given that the processing time for MoC certification applications, document reviews, and related procedures may currently be affected, companies with new applications or certificate renewal needs are advised to plan their certification schedules in advance and allow sufficient time for review.
