[India] India NCCS Includes IoT ITSARS in CSR Testing Scope

The National Center for Communication Security (NCCS) of India issued an Office Memorandum on March 27, 2026, which amends the Scope of CSR Testing to include Group VI devices and IoT ITSARs.
