Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et de la Poste (ARCEP) in Niger has appointed Ms. Moussa Zeinabou Seyni as the new CEO of ARCEP. Approval projects are on hold until after the official swearing-in and inauguration of the CEO, which is expected to take place in the near future.
