[Paraguay] Paraguay CONATEL Issues Resolution No. 3339/2025

The Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) of Paraguay published  Resolución Directorio N° 3339/2025 on December 17, 2025, which establishes the use of the 3700-3800 MHz frequency band for IMT, specifically 5G NR.
