[Mexico] To Issue Fines for Non-Compliance with NOM Labeling Requirements

Mexico previously published a Decree reforming the Customs Law on November 19, 2025.

According to these new amendments, devices that are not compliant with NOM labeling requirements may be seized and will receive a 250-300% fine.
