The Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) of Vietnam previously held a public consultation on the Draft Circular on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Terminal and Ancillary Equipment.
MST published Circular No. 52/2025/TT-BKHCN on December 31, 2025, which promulgates the national technical regulation on EMC for mobile terminal and ancillary equipment of digital cellular telecommunications systems (QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN).
This Circular comes into effect on February 16, 2026.
