La Agencia de Transformation Digital y Telecomunicaciones (ATDT) in Mexico published the National Cybersecurity Plan in December 2025. This plan is the first specialized cybersecurity policy in Mexico and includes National Strategy and the creation of the first General Law on cybersecurity, among other projects.
