The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) published Draft Regulatory Guidelines for the use of the lower part of the 6 GHz (5925-6425 MHz) band in Nigeria in July 2025. This Guideline is still under consultation and not yet in effect. GCC will continue to follow up on the status.
