[Niger] ARCEP has reduced the validity of new certificates to 3 years.

The Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et de la Poste (ARCEP) has reduced the certificate validity from 10 years to 3 years.

1. Existing certificates will remain valid until their original expiration dates.
2. The format of new certificates will change; additional details such as manufacturer, importer details, and frequency range will be noted.
