Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina published Resolución 1188/2024 on December 3, 2024, which allocates the following frequency bands for Fixed Satellite Service (FSS): 71-76 GHz (Space-to-Earth) and 81-86 GHz (Earth-to-Space). Authorized users of these services will comply with the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-27) regarding limits of power flux-density and EIRP for satellite services. FSS permit holders must modify operations, if needed, to comply with future regulations related to this procedure.
