The Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes (ATT) in Bolivia will resume issuing certificates in December. ATT in Bolivia published RAR 539/2024 on November 6, 2024. A main highlight of the regulation is that the validity of the Certificate of Homologation has been increased from 5 years to 10 years.
