Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) of Indonesia published PERMEN KOMINFO No. 5 of 2024 on September 18, 2024, which outlines the determination for MRA and Non-MRA test laboratories for the certification of telecommunications equipment. Overseas labs that have been previously recognized, must submit an application to the Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) by November 1, 2024, in order to be designated as an SDPPI recognized lab with the Non-MRA scheme. Through an online webinar on October 15, 2024, SDPPI communicated additional guidance for future MRA procedures.
