Following public consultation for Mobile phone’s Chargers on September 6th, 2023 ANATEL published the new regulation, Act 5155 with testing requirements on April 17th, 2024. This new act will come into force on October 14th, 2024, which containing guidelines and test scopes for this product type. Under the new Act,defines safety and EMC testing requirements for DC/DC, AC/DC, and mobile phone chargers. New act will replace the Act 5159 released on 2022 and the Act 3481 released on 2019.
