The Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Télecommunications (ANRT) of Morocco is expected to approve the launch of 5G SA for cellular devices in Morocco. Upon approval, cellular devices must be equipped with at least 4G technology, and cellular devices using only 2G and 3G technology will no longer be accepted for approval. ANRT has not released an official communication regarding this update yet, however more information is anticipated in early 2024.
