The India Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) published a notification on December 27, 2023, announcing the re-categorization of notified products as Generalized Certificate Scheme (GCS) and Simplified Certification Scheme (SCS) under MTCTE. The notification will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
