ENACOM issued Resolution 586/2023 in early May 2023, revising the RAMATEL labelling requirements. Based on the old version 854/2020, the following requirements are mainly added:

• If marking cannot be placed directly on product for construction, size, or packaging reasons, the marking must be printed in the user manual, quick start guide, and/or the corresponding packaging.

• If the approved device is installed inside a vehicle and its regulatory identification is not visible, the marking must be printed in manuals and documents accompanying the vehicle, or be published on the official website of the vehicle’s manufacturer or importer.

• If e-labelling is chosen, instructions on how to access the e-label must be readily available in the user manual, quick start guide (or other documents accompanying the device), on the packaging, and/or on the official website of the device’s manufacturer or importer.
