Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) announced to extend the mandatory of the Security Testing under MTCTE, effective date will become from July 1, 2023 to Jan 1, 2024 for Wi-Fi CPE and IP Router. Certification applications submitted on or after this effective date should hold test reports as per security parameters outlined in the relevant ITSARs along with other parameters listed in respective Essential Requirements (ER).
