On 13th Dec 2022, Laos’ Ministry of Technology and Communications (MTC) issued Circular No. 3583 and No. 1495 which is about the management of Telecommunications and ICT Equipment. The new requirements as the following:
- The certification has been divided into two types. Type 1 for the type approval and Type 2 for DoC.
- The certificate validity year has changed from 1 year to 3 years.
- The new label requirements (Loas MTC does not have required before).
