On 29 November 2022, the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications published a Circular that approves a proposed Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Wireless Audio Equipment in the Frequency Range 25 MHz to 2000 MHz.
This regulation, together with QCVN 18:2022/BTTTT, stipulates electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements for wireless audio equipment and related ancillary equipment operating in the frequency range from 25 MHz to 2000 MHz.
This Regulation specifies EMC tests, test methods, limits, and performance criteria for wireless audio equipment and related ancillary equipment. The devices can use analog or digital modulation techniques.
This Circular will enter into force on 1 July 2023.
