The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus published Resolution No. 270, “on the features of conformity assessment,” on May 6, 2022. This Resolution extends the validity of Certificates an Declarations of Conformity (CoCs and DoCs) for 12 months, if the expiration date is between May 6, 2022 and September 1, 2022. There will also be no re-assessment of conformity and/or periodic assessment of certified products before the expiration of the CoCs and DoCs. Spare parts for previously certified products, components for manufacturing products in Belarus, and single units for non-commercial use may be imported without the submission of documents proving compliance. This Resolution is in effect until December 31, 2023.
