Further to the Consultation Paper issued on 2021 Nov, Hong Kong OFCA (The Office of the Communications Authority) just released the specification of HKCA1081 for Wi-Fi 6E products.
The Class Licence for 6 GHz Device (“the Class Licence”) covering wireless local area network (“WLAN”) devices operating in the 5925 – 6425 MHz band was created on 29 April 2022 and published on the website of the Communications Authority. 29 April 2022 is the commencement date of the relevant regulation.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The apparatus shall operate in the 5.925 – 6.425 GHz frequency range.
The maximum output power of the apparatus shall not exceed the limits indicated below:

The apparatus shall meet the technical requirements specified in the standard EN 303 687 “6GHz WAS/RLAN; Harmonised Standard for access to radio spectrum” published by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (“ETSI”).
