The Government of Serbia published EMC and LVD Rulebook Amendments on February 26, 2020 that will remove the EMC & LVD certification requirements for devices without radios. Starting January 1, 2022, non-radio products will no longer require Serbian EMC & LVD CoCs (Kvalitet EMC/LVD COC). For these product types, the Serbian conformity mark should be applied without the CB number and year with CE Mark. Once Serbia’s official acceptance into the European Union, the Serbian conformity mark will be replaced by the CE mark.
