[South Africa] Acceptance of SANS/IEC62368-1 Standard as AN Alternative Standard for SANS/IEC60950 and SANS/IEC60065 Standards

NRCS – CEO has approved the recognition of SANS/IEC 62368-1/-2/-3 as an equivalent standard to SANS/IEC 60065 and SANS/IEC 60950. This therefore means, effective 1st April 2021, the Electro Technical Business Unit of the NRCS, accepts Test Reports that refer to SANS/IEC 62368-1/-2/-3 without issuance of a declaration of equivalence by applicants.
