Vietnam MIC has officially released three new National Technical Regulations and according Circulars for implementation:
1) Circular 34/2020/TT-BTTTT and QCVN 74:2020/BTTTT (for 1GHz ~ 40GHz SRD).
2) Circular 35/2020/TT-BTTTT and QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT (for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and BT)
3) Circular 38/2020/TT-BTTTT and QCVN 112:2020/BTTTT (for LPWAN and LoRa)
The above listed new National Technical Regulations shall enter in force from July 01, 2021
