Article 5 of the Resolution deals with the obligation to homologate equipment that operates in the 915-928 MHz band.
Article 6 of the Resolution describes the conditions of use of this equipment are described. Prior to the use of the free use bands for the Internet of Things, the user must be registered in the ATT’s “IoT Networks Registry.” Also, if required, ATT will request a technical study on exposure limits to radio frequency electromagnetic fields. This request could be made by ATT to equipment already in use but not for the process of homologation.
Article 7 of the resolution contains the technical parameters that IoT equipment operating in the 915-928 MHZ band must meet (see below table).
