The president of Russia has announced that the function of the Federal Communications Agency (FCA, better known as FAC) will be transferred to another department within the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The FAC system will continue to operate and FAC approvals will retain validity, but we do expect delays during the transitional period. We expect the transition to be completed in about 6 months, and will continue to communicate updates as the transition progresses.
