[Thailand] Thailand have made final decision about LTE/5G NR bands

About LTE/5G NR partial frequency band 28 and 41, now Office of NBTC has made final decision about this issue.

Below are Office of NBTC decision (only for User Equipment part).

1. On October 26, 2020, Office of NBTC make decision NBTC will not accept new type approval application for WWAN User Equipment products with partial band (not full band based on NBTC frequency plan). User Equipment frequency range shall be complied with one of the following frequency range in order to pass type approval from NBTC.
   1. Telecommunication equipment for IMT User Equipment that has radio frequency with full band as per NBTC Notification regarding IMT frequency plan.
   2. Telecommunication equipment for IMT User Equipment that has radio frequency with full band as per 3GPP standard.
