Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) – published Resolución 1223 ENACOM/20, extending the validity of certain Type Approval Certificates as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impact. Resolución 1223 ENACOM/20 confirms that validity of Type Approval certificates which have an expiry date between 16th March 2020 and 17th November 2020 will be extended by a period of 60 calendar days. This replaces ENACOM’s previous resolution in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ENACOM 771/2020, whereby the extension applied to certificates expiring between 16th March 2020 and 17th September 2020.
