[Chile] Chile SUBTEL issue New Resolution 1807

Subtel has just released New Resolution 1807, main changes are:

1. B1 increases power limit from Max EIRP 250mW (23.97dBm) to Max EIRP 1W (30dBm), Max PSD 5dBm/MHz, restricted to indoor using.
2. 5.9GHz – 7.1GHz is opened for Access Point devices.
3. Access point devices are allowed for indoor using only, cannot use external or removable antennas and cannot use interna batteries.
4. Terminal equipment used with Access Point systems can operate in 5.9GHz – 7.1GHz up to Max EIRP 24dBm, Max PSD -1dBm/MHz.
5. Accreditation marks are now reduced from 2 to 1 in every test report used for TA applications.
