SPDDI in Indonesia published KEPDIRJEN SDPPI number 124 Year 2020. This requirement is split into HKT devices (Cellular Phones, Handheld Computers, Computer Tablets) and non-HKT devices (all other categories). The test-free period is extended for 6 months, and the report issued by overseas laboratories can be used to transfer the certificate. The validity period is until January 22, 2021. Meantime, the official updated the list of overseas accredited laboratories, and this updated list will take effect immediately from July 23, 2020.
Both lists of accredited labs for HKT and non-HKT are now consolidated into one regulation -124 Tahun 2020. Both HKT and non-HKT lab lists are valid until 23rd January 2021.
- There are now 16 labs on the HKT list, down from 33.
- There are now 72 labs on the non-HKT list, down from 150.
The searchable table online on SDPPI’s website showing which labs are currently accredited for HKT and non-HKT products. ‘YA’ indicates that a lab is accredited; ‘TIDAK’ indicates that a lab is not accredited.
