Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) has issued the Circular 11/2020/TT-BTTTT replacing Circular 05/2019/TT-BTTTT and Circular 10/2020/TT-BTTTT which amends and supplements Circular 30/2011/TT-BTTTT and Circular 15/2018/TT-BTTTT. Both of those two Circulars will take effect from July 01, 2020.
