[Philippines] NTC had issued formal memorandum on amendment of Circular No. 03-05-2007 which relates to the operating frequency band for non-specific Short-Range Devices.

NTC had announced amendment No. 01-02-2020of Circular N0 03-05-2007 which states 315MHz in Circular No. 03-05-2007 changes into 314.9-315MHz. The new Memorandum Circular No. 01-02-2020 will be effective on 29th February 2020
