On 2nd April 2020, ENACOM published Resolución 326/2020, introducing temporary measures to extend the validity of certain Approvals, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impact.
Resolución 326/2020 states that, due to the mandatory lockdown from 20th March until 12th April in Argentina, ENACOM will extend the validity of Approval certificates which have an expiry date between 16th March 2020 and 16th May 2020, by a period of 60 calendar days. The 60-day extension will be calculated from the expiry date listed on the Approval certificate.
