1.Test reports shall be for the actual model to certify, so it is not possible to approve a host with module reports.
Module declaration is no longer accepted.
2.Module approval is allowed again but even though the approval of a module can be granted, there is no regulatory link/procedure to cover the end product, so end products still require SUBEL certification for commercialization. )
3.SAR test reports are needed for all applications.
4.They have informed us that they are also working hard on an online system to handle these approvals in order to provide transparency, follow up and better and more agile feedback on the processes in case of observations. They still do not have an expected release date, but it’s likely to happen in the following months.
