[Chile] Chile SUBTEL expect delays with current type approval applications due to Protests

Since last Friday, October 18, 2019, Chile has facing a sociopolitical struggle, with this, the political entities will have delay on the delivery on any project; because of this all the projects with SUBTEL will be delayed for a few weeks.
