1. For end products using exempt bands, such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches, short-range transmitters (including accessories), microphones, speakers, headphones, printers, scanners, cameras, type certification (ETA) exempt Application. For products other than the above, you still need to apply for ETA type certification.
2. The first-time importer or authorized Indian agent must register with the Saral Sanchar Portal from May 1, 2019, upload the RF measurement report and self-declaration, and complete the online payment to clear the customs.
