Any device with wireless transmission function must obtain the wireless model approval certificate for sales in China, and the device nameplate or the body must have the CMIIT ID: identification number.

1) A legal company with an independent legal entity registered at home and abroad can apply for approval and certification as an approved applicant.

2) Applicants have corresponding production capacity, technical strength and quality assurance system. Technical indicators such as operating frequency and power of radio transmitting equipment comply with national standards and relevant provisions of national radio management.

3) Only one model can be applied (except for the No. 1 document except the notebook computer of the approved module) and the model number must not be duplicated with the model number in the Authority system.

III. SRRC for introduction

1.New user registration or login

The new customer, when preparing to start the sample test, goes to the website to apply for registration to open the enterprise user name and password. If it is a customer who already has a user name and password, you can log in directly through your user name and password.

2. Prepare the model approval certificate:

a. Model approval application form (with template)
b. Letter of commitment (with template)
c. Technical specifications (including basic functional descriptions of equipment, architectural drawings, RF system parameters)
d. A copy of the business license (the business license must include certified products, and the applicant does not have the production capacity of the certified product, and needs to provide cooperation agreement with the external factory)
e. Quality system certificate / or company introduction
f. Manager’s authorization, the ID card of the manager
g. Instruction manual
h. Product appearance six-sided photo and front and back photo, nameplate, circuit diagram
i. Approved test report, WAPI report (required when applicable)

4.End product Approval Module – Module Definition

1) Integrity non-independent operation module

The whole end product device (information technology and household appliances) using this module can be used without approval for model approval. It only needs to be indicated on the nameplate or instruction manual of the whole end product. The device includes the model approval code: XXXXXXXXXX, model: XXX Radio transmitter module.

2) Restrictive non-independent operation module

The whole end product device (information technology and household appliances) using the module has obtained the approval certificate with the M mark of the approved ID, but the whole device must be approved by the model, but the test items are reduced. It is only necessary to provide a complete sample of the whole end product to test the radiated power and radiated spurious emission power. After the test is passed, the model approval certificate of the whole end product is issued.
